WHAT WE DO

Musicians must make music. At the same time, being an entrepreneur requires additional insights and actions. This is where you step into the Green Room. We develop powerful profiles – for individuals, organizations and ensembles of all sizes, since 2011.

Our own strength is to combine a structured way of thinking with a creative spirit. We love to dive deep into the world of our clients, with a healthy distance and a critical eye. We define your most distinctive features and focus on a step by step strategy. Tools to take you further.

Our work includes strategic consulting, copywriting, promotional photography, turn-key websites, design and communication. We like the practical side of branding and leave the theory to others. Strategy is a creative process, not a report in a drawer.

While our roots lie in the world of classical music, we increasingly extend our expertise to clients in jazz and world music.

MARC VAN DER HEIJDE

Founder and Owner

Educated as a graphic designer, Marc gathered sixteen years of experience in visual identity development, lastly as Creative Director of the renowned design agency Studio Dumbar.

His life-long passion for classical music made him found Green Room in 2011, to seek out new possibilities in this beautiful realm. Marc’s expertise in brand strategy gives focus to the identity development in design and communication. Whether for big organisations such as orchestras, or for individual musicians, Marc knows how to define relevant goals and make them come to life.

Many of our projects are done in close collaboration and Marc can lead a team from a dedicated network of designers, photographers, animators, filmmakers, social media experts, printers and digital developers.
